Bleeding when having a pooh?

At the risk of giving away too much info (my apologies) today the two times i had been for a number 2 there has been a bit of blood on the tissue. Im 30 weeks pregnant and at first thought it was coming from the front but ive realised its literally only when i have a pooh. Is this normal for someone in the latter stages of pregnancy????
