Heater and rear windscreen heater have stopped working on my saxo?

As mona says, I'm not sure which one it is. But you can actually see a blown fuse without removing it. There is an arch of metal travelling across the fuse. If it has blown, it will be broken, this you can see with a decent light source. Hope this helps.
