Does anyone else suffering sleep deprivation from frequent dreams? Is there a way it can be stopped?
You could try doing the opposite people do when they want to remember their dreams. As you lay in bad at night, say, "Tonight I am going to have restful sleep and I am not going to remember my dreams." The reason you remember your dreams is because you wake up during the dream. You must wake up very easily. Make sure your room is cool, dark and quiet. You may want to use a white noise box, fan or soft music to block out any external noise.
