Can you talk to a prosecutor?

Before you make a plea in court? I want to see what evidence someone has against me, before I make a plea. I know I'm not doing all the things this person is accusing me of, but my court date is a little over a month away, and I want to know what I'm being accused of ,ASAP and what evidence there is.
