Is this rude ?

I mean if you have made genuine attempts to develop an adult loving relationship with your brother and your attempts have been met with contempt then it is what it is. try to call him and really talk with him. If you haven't exhausted all avenues of true communication, you can't call him rude because on the flip side he may find you rude and uncaring cause you never reach out to him so why should he to you. think about it
