Supplier of uv stabilized 4 mm foam core thermoplastic?

I am trying to find a UK supplier of 4mm foam core UV stabilized thermoplastic to use in an experimental folding boat project. I also need to find a UK supplier of heavy duty UV stabilized reinforced ripstop nylon (waterproof). to make the fold 'hinges'. Can anyone help?
