What will it take for a Sun Belt Conference team to reach a BCS bowl game?

A miracle. Because it doesn't really matter who they play out of conference, its that the conference as a whole is bad. Out of 120 Division 1 schools, I'd say that the Sun Belt probably has 7 teams in the bottom 20 in the country, out of an 8 school conference. Boise State plays in the bad WAC, but at least their are always a couple of teams that are at least competitive on a national level, Fresno State, Nevada, or Hawaii.
