Anyone from Reno knows that Jimboy's tacos are the best anywhere--but I moved, not too long ago, to Mississippi and there is nary a Jimboy's in sight. Anyone have a recipe for tacos that would taste like Jimboy's? I'm thinking of the ground beef variety--their seasoning is quite unique. Also, how do you get the parmesan cheese to stick to the tortillas? Thanks in advance--from a Jimboymaniac.
