Why is it that most whites think blacks shouldn't use ethnic names and instead use names from white culture?

What? What the hell is a white name, oh you mean a name from the English language as opposed to a name from an African language. Nobody has a patent on names, and there is no such thing as white and black names. And 99 percent of people couldn't care less what you call yourself, or think oh that is a white or black name, when they hear someones name.
