Looking for the name of this older PC Game?

OK, I posted this but the only suggestion was "Descent" and thats not it. So I'm tryin this again. The game is probably from the StarCraft Era, I remember playing it along with starcraft, its a game where your in a HoverCraft type vehicle I believe it has guns on the vehicles, its in 3rd person view, and I think it takes place on other planets, I remember one of them being a snow type terrain. Any Suggestions?
