What program can I use to link .wav and .aiff sound files to a midi controller?

I have a lot of drum sounds that were recorded at a studio, like individual drums being hit once. I want to use these sounds with my midi controller in protools, but I'm not sure what program to use. Sampletank won't work, I already looked down that road.
