Public Service Announcement to New Yorkers and Visitors Alike?

How about the people who get on and then stand RIGHT BANG IN FRONT OF THE DOOR, so then everyone else has to smush in behind them and so you end up with all this empty space in the middle that people can't get to and people packed like sardines in the two square feet of space by the door?
